A Scalable Property Platform for Modern Real Estate
Built a scalable real-estate platform with advanced property search, structured listings, dynamic CMS pages and clear enquiry paths for buyers.
About The Project
Hakim Homes is a real-estate brand serving Goa and Alibaug, focused on modern residential spaces that combine contemporary architecture with practical layouts, quality materials and comfortable everyday living. The business needed more than a traditional brochure website. It required a complete property-discovery platform capable of presenting villas, apartments, locations and developers while helping potential buyers quickly find listings relevant to their requirements.
This was a ground-up project with no existing website structure to improve. The visual identity, page architecture, CMS data model, property-listing experience and custom functionality all had to be planned from the beginning. Because property inventory would continue growing, the platform also needed to avoid a structure where every new listing required another manually designed page.
I designed and developed the website in Wix Studio with a data-first approach. CMS collections were structured to power a large number of dynamic property pages from reusable templates, while custom Velo functionality supports advanced search, filters and reset controls. Property cards present important information consistently, and individual detail pages can include galleries, floor plans, maps, specifications and feature tags. Additional discovery sections allow visitors to explore homes by city, preferred places to live, home designs and trusted developers. Contact Us, WhatsApp, enquiry forms and a List Property pathway remain accessible throughout the experience so property research can naturally lead into direct conversation with the business.

Problem
Hakim Homes needed a scalable property platform despite having no existing website infrastructure to build upon. The business had a large and expanding catalogue covering different cities, property types and developers, which meant a conventional collection of manually created pages would quickly become difficult to update and maintain.
Property discovery was another major challenge. Buyers do not typically browse real estate randomly; they think in terms of location, property type, bedrooms and other specific requirements. A simple page-by-page browsing structure therefore would not be enough. Visitors needed a search and filtering system capable of narrowing a large catalogue without forcing them to inspect dozens of irrelevant listings.
The architecture also had to anticipate future growth. New listings, additional property fields and future functionality needed to fit into the system without forcing another structural rebuild. Finally, property interest needed to transition easily into enquiries, so contact options such as WhatsApp, forms and direct communication had to remain visible without interrupting the browsing experience.

Complex Property Discovery
Buyers needed a faster way to narrow listings according to location, property type and personal requirements.

Future Platform Growth
New listings, fields and future functionality needed to fit into the platform without requiring another rebuild.
Solution
Selling a product that doesn't exist yet on shelves meant the website itself had to carry the entire weight of belief. Communicating AR concepts, AI integration, and 3D visualization without overwhelming visitors was a delicate balance. The page needed cinematic impact while still guiding users smoothly toward a pre-order decision.Selling a product that doesn't exist yet on shelves meant the website itself had to carry the entire weight of belief. Implementation
Implementation began by defining the data structure for the property inventory. CMS collections were planned to support current listing information while leaving room for future fields and additional features. Once the content architecture was established, reusable listing grids and dynamic detail templates were connected to that data instead of building every property page individually.
The property-card system was standardised around the information most useful for initial comparison. Listing status, location, category, area, bedrooms and bathrooms are presented through a consistent visual structure, helping visitors scan a large catalogue quickly.
Custom Velo code was implemented for the advanced search experience, including search fields, filter controls and reset functionality. This search layer sits above the dynamic property grid so visitors can narrow available listings before opening individual detail pages.
Property detail templates were then connected to richer listing content, including gallery imagery, floor plans, maps, specifications and feature tags. Additional discovery sections were added around cities, developers and home categories so users could reach properties through more than one browsing pattern.
Finally, contact pathways—including WhatsApp, enquiry forms, Contact Us and the List Property panel—were integrated throughout the responsive layout. Basic on-page SEO was also included, producing a platform designed to scale through CMS updates rather than repeated manual redesign.

The Result
The final platform established a scalable foundation for a substantial property catalogue. The delivered website includes more than 12 main pages and over 150 CMS-driven dynamic pages, allowing property records to populate reusable listings and detail templates rather than requiring separate manual page builds.
At the time documented in the case study, the platform contained 157 property listings. Search, filtering, reusable property cards, detailed listing templates and visible enquiry pathways now work together as one discovery system, and the engagement also included two months of post-launch support.
No verified traffic, lead-generation or sales analytics were available, so the case study does not claim increased conversions or revenue. The measurable result is the scale and functionality of the delivered platform: a structured real-estate database, more than 150 dynamic pages and a system designed to accommodate new inventory and future features without requiring another complete rebuild.
